Mr. Hart's Theatrical Company was founded by Christopher Hart at the beginning of January, 2008. Based on the more traditional form of theatre company our aim is to produce a selection of plays from the 17th and 18th centuries that are either still popular with the public, are rarely performed today or have been almost entirely forgotten.
Our company aims to give young actors, directors, costume designers and stage managers the opportunity to work with a traditional theatre company. We are dedicated to producing productions of extremely high quality across the board while remaining true to the original writers and period. All our actors are professionals, who have either trained at top drama schools or have a wealth of professional experience. We have an extremely talented production team and our costumes are of the period.

Over the summer months we perform our productions in beautiful, historical settings around the country. Our aim is to also bring these productions to a London venue at least once a year. We are available for private functions as well as school workshops. These workshops offer pupils an insight into Restoration drama and give them the opportunity to work with professional actors on a more general basis. Please email us about any enquiries.
